is a blend of restorative yoga (supported postures), concious asanas often with use of specific props, breathing techniques, hands-on adjusting and meditation techniques.

CRITICAL ALIGNMENT® THERAPHY
Critical Alignment® Therapy is a process that through initial passive (moving towards active) exercises begins to release the tension and strain (caused by injury or stress) that we hold in our surface, movement muscles. Once this begins to release the movement can then travel through into our centre line (mainly being our spine) where the postural muscles can be activated once again bringing ease and lightness into our practice, our movements, and our lives.
In Critical Alignment® Therapy we use specific tools developed by Gert Van Leeuwen to enter these deep layers.
This unique yoga therapy is for everyone and has proven to be ideal for those suffering from chronic pain caused by injury, stress or repetitive strain. The pain might be in your back, shoulders, hips, legs or neck - the practice of this therapy benefits you with greater freedom of movement in your spine. The greater ease within that movement makes it possible to begin building a new and better alignment.

At the present I am the only certified Critical Alignment® Thereapist in Norway.
